Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consulting & Advisory Services
Consulting time, discovery sessions, workshops, and advisory engagements are scheduled specifically for each client.
Fees for completed consulting services are generally non-refundable.
If either party needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice should be provided.
AI Implementation Projects
Payments made against completed project milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is terminated before completion, payment obligations will be determined according to the signed proposal, Statement of Work, or Master Service Agreement.
Any completed work remains payable.
Workshops & Training
Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled program may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund, subject to administrative costs.
Cancellations within seven days are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Smarthak.ai may, at its discretion, allow substitutions or future credits.
Digital Products (Future)
Where downloadable digital products, templates, or online courses are introduced, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Service Cancellation
Clients wishing to terminate ongoing services should provide written notice as specified in their service agreement.
Outstanding invoices remain payable.
