3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Supply required documents and access.

Participate in project reviews.

Review and approve deliverables promptly.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other critical decisions.
Smarthak.ai does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Clients retain ownership of their original business data.

Smarthak.ai retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, accelerators, and proprietary tools.

Custom deliverables developed specifically for a client will be governed by the applicable contract.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements.
7. Fees and Payment
Payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Applicable taxes are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Smarthak.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that engagement, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party software, cloud platforms, or AI providers.
Smarthak.ai is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access.

Introduce malicious code.

Copy proprietary materials without permission.

Misrepresent affiliation with Smarthak.ai.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India unless otherwise agreed in a written client contract.
